Customize your data views

View data for another advertiser

  • In your Creative Libraries and Experiences views, select the advertiser in the advertiser list in the upper right.

View data as cards or as tables

View the data in your Creative Libraries and Experiences views as individual cards or as tables/lists. By default, data is shown in card view mode. Card view shows a thumbnail of a relevant creative.

When you switch between card view and table view, your filters and selections are retained.

Filter a view

(When available) Filter ( Filter button ) the entities that are displayed to include only the following:

  • Creative Libraries > Creatives > Standard Ads: Specific creative sizes, creative types, sizes, and associated labels, or languages

  • Creative Libraries > Creatives > Dynamic Ads: Specific creative sizes, creative types, associated labels, and languages

  • Creative Libraries > Bundles: Specific bundle types (Static, Dynamic)

  • Experiences: Specific statuses (Live, Draft, Processing) and associated labels

Search for a text string

You can search for a specific string in the entity name. Use the search input field in the following views:

  • Creative Libraries: Search for a specific library name.

  • Experiences: Search a specific experience name.

Sort a view

Sort the following views from card mode:

  • Creative Libraries: Sort by Library Name, creation date (Created On), or the last update (Modified On).

  • Creative Libraries > Standard Ads: Sort by Creative Name, creation date (Created On), or the last update (Modified On).

  • Experiences: Sort by (Experience Name) start date (Start On), or end date (End On).
