Each page includes the main menu and other task- and information-based menus.

The main menu

The new user interface features a new main menu on the left, which organizes tasks by work stage (Plan, Manage, Review, Set Up). Additional submenus and options from the legacy user interface will be added later.

Your role determines the available options:

  • Dashboard Opens a configurable Dashboard view with performance visualizations for all of your portfolios.

  • Plan submenu:

    • Objectives Opens a new Objectives view, from which you can view all of your existing objectives and create, edit, and delete objectives. The objective settings are the same as the settings in the legacy user interface at Search, Social, & Commerce > Optimization > New Objectives Beta.

    • Simulations Opens a new Simulations view, from which you can view all of your user-created custom simulations and automatically generated weekly simulations; generate new custom simulations; and rerun existing simulations. The Spend Planner button opens the legacy Spend Recommendation tool at Search, Social, & Commerce > Optimization > Spend Recommendation.

  • Manage submenu:

    • Portfolio Groups: Exits the new UI site and opens the legacy Search, Social, & Commerce > Optimization > Portfolios view > Portfolio Groups tab.

    • Portfolios: Opens a new Portfolios view that lists all portfolios for the advertiser. You can manage your portfolios from this view. You can open a list of assigned constraints and view performance and composition details for any portfolio.

      The portfolio settings include tabs to assign the objective and campaigns, manage spend, manage constraints, and control optimization. Only users with the 鈥渆xpert optimization鈥 role or higher can edit the settings on the Control Optimization tab.

    • Campaigns: Opens a new Campaigns view, which shows all campaigns for the advertiser. You can assign campaigns to portfolios and manage constraint assignments for selected campaigns. You can also download a report of the data table contents.

      To create, edit, and delete campaigns, return to the legacy user interface by clicking Set Up > Accounts in the main menu or clicking the Switch to Old UI button.

  • Ad Groups: Opens a new Ad Groups view, which shows all ad groups for the advertiser. You can manage constraint assignments for selected ad groups. You can also download a report of the data table contents.

    To create, edit, and delete campaigns, return to the legacy user interface by clicking Set Up > Accounts in the main menu or clicking the Switch to Old UI button.

  • Review submenu:

    • Insights: Exits the new site and opens the legacy Insights & Reports > Insights view.

    • Reports: Exits the new site and opens the legacy Insights & Reports > Reports view.

    • Recommendations: Exits the new site and opens the legacy Insights & Reports > Recommendations & Publisher Insights view.

    • Spreadsheet Feeds: Exits the new site and opens the legacy Insights & Reports > Spreadsheets view.

    • History Logs: Exits the new site and opens the legacy Insights & Reports > Change History view.

  • Set Up submenu:

    • Accounts: Exits the new site and open the legacy Campaigns > Campaigns view.

    • Audiences: Exits the new site and opens the legacy Campaigns > Audiences view.

Collapse the main menu

Collapse the main menu when you want more room to view data.

  • Above the main menu on the left, click Collapse/expand .

Search for main menu options

Use the search field above the main menu to look for specific menu options, such as 鈥淧ortfolios鈥 or 鈥淩eports.鈥

Top row: Experience Cloud menu

  • A selectable list of Experience Cloud organizations to which you have access.

  • Help center A help menu that includes links to documentation and other information.

  • Notifications A panel listing requests, notifications, and announcements from Experience Cloud.

  • Apps A list of 蜜豆视频 Experience Cloud solutions and services to which you can switch.

  • Account Information about your Experience Cloud account profile, from which you can edit your preferences and sign out.

Second row: Additional Search, Social, & Commerce menu

Note: Some screens have additional options.

  • (When applicable) A selectable list of advertisers you鈥檙e managing.

  • The configurable date range for the current view

  • Take a UI Tour A link to a tour of the new user interface.

  • Switch to Old UI Opens the legacy user interface in a new tab or window.

  • Global sync status Opens a list of bulk operation jobs.

  • Notifications Opens a panel listing your Search, Social, & Commerce notifications.

The top of each page includes the main menu and other task- and information-based menus.

The main menu

  • Search, Social, & Commerce > 鈥 To manage your ad network accounts within Search, Social, & Commerce, including accounts for which Search, Social, & Commerce is tracking but not bidding.

Search menus

The Search option includes the following submenus. Your role determines your available options:

  • Campaigns 鈥 This menu includes options to view and manage information about the ad accounts and campaigns that you are managing or tracking. Depending on the ad network and your role, you may be to create and edit accounts and campaigns and their components. You can also manage label classifications, which you can assign to various account components.

  • Optimization 鈥 This menu has options to manage business objectives, manage portfolios based on your business objectives and monitor portfolio performance, generate the cross-portfolio Spend Recommendation Report, manage bidding constraints, and view and (some users) manage your Google Ads conversion value rules.

    Separate documentation on these features is available from the Help menu ( Help menu ).

  • Insights & Reports 鈥 This menu includes options to generate detailed insights and reports, automate report production using spreadsheet feeds, create and monitor alerts, configure your notification settings, view ad network recommendations, and view a log of changes made to the advertiser account.

  • Tools 鈥 This menu includes options to change your account password, generate tags to track conversions from website pages, generate and decode click-tracking URLs, and upload metrics for search tracking campaigns.

  • Admin 鈥 The Admin menu includes options to change the display names of an advertiser鈥檚 conversion metrics in data tables and reports, configure settings to sync with an 蜜豆视频 Audience Manager account, and sync conversion metrics for a specific Google Analytics account, property, and view combination. Depending on your role, it may allow you to manage advertiser accounts, agency accounts, user roles, and user accounts.

  • (When applicable) A selectable list of advertisers you鈥檙e managing.

  • Alert notifications A panel listing your Search, Social, & Commerce notifications.

    When you鈥檙e signed in through 蜜豆视频 Experience Cloud, this panel shows your notifications from Experience Cloud.

  • Help menu A help menu that includes links to documentation and other information.

  • Solution switcher A list of 蜜豆视频 Experience Cloud solutions and services to which you can switch.

  • User profile A link to your profile, from which you can sign out.

    When you鈥檙e signed in through 蜜豆视频 Experience Cloud, you can also edit your Experience Cloud profile, including your Experience Cloud password and notification settings.
