This is Russell with ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Commerce. Today’s session is about success accelerators. There are three types of them. In this session, we’ll be covering the group that falls under adoption and enablement. First is our use case and KPI development. And this is where we provide governance to produce roadmaps and strategic development plans. We’ll offer new features related to some defined capabilities and use cases prioritized just for you. We’ll also provide best practices for using overlapping or duplicated functionality within differing solutions as much as possible. Up next is desk side coaching. This is a multi-solution, multi-session based enablement where we focus on specific features or best practices that align with strategic priorities. We do this in order to close some gaps and define those needed skills for you to achieve your defined success plans. Finally, we have tool, feature and governance strategies where we assess permissions and design governance for specific solutions created just for you to ensure proper product adoption. These are best practices related to development and solution based business processes such as segmentation and metadata. Well, that’s it for this session.
