Product Availability
The following table describes the status of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Commerce software availability and where to get it, particularly for software that is available outside the conventional ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Commerce Composer package.
Services and extensions are tested on the latest released version of Commerce at the time of the products’ release.
Supported versions have been fully tested by ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ. Assistance for supported versions is available from ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Customer Support. Older versions may work properly but are not officially supported.
ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Authored Extensions
These ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Commerce extensions are decoupled from the core ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Commerce codebase. This allows ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ to release iterations of these extensions on a more flexible timeframe and provide customers earlier access to new features.
The following table shows the version support for each extension relative to the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Commerce version.
Commerce Services
Commerce Services are a suite of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ-hosted features that provide robust functionality and fast response times, in conjunction with your Commerce instance.
It is recommended that merchants use the most recent version of a service to ensure the highest stability and functionality. The documentation describes the currently released version.
- ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Commerce Services are currently compatible with Commerce 2.4.4 and later. It is recommended that merchants use the latest version of the service.
- Services are considered compatible with earlier versions of Commerce 2.4.x but are not officially supported.
- Services are not compatible with Commerce 2.3.x, except for Product Recommendations 3.3.7 and earlier.
- The Payments service is currently compatible with Magento Open Source 2.4.4 and later. It is recommended that merchants use the latest version of the service.
