Issue

Push notification proofs of delivery aren’t being sent to iPhone devices.

The delivery process shows completion at 100%, but the sent status remains at 0%.

This issue is often accompanied by an error message indicating that the certificate is expired or invalid.

Resolution resolution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Contact your app developer to retrieve a new certificate from Apple.

  2. Ensure the certificate is in the \*.p12 format and includes a password.

  3. Update the certificate in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Campaign Classic:

    1. Navigate to the Services and Subscriptions folder within your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Campaign instance.
    2. Double-click on the mobile application entry to edit its settings.
    3. Go to the Certificate/Private key tab.
    4. Click on Enter the certificate, then select your new p12 key, and enter the provided password.
  4. Ensure that certificates are updated for each of the IOS mobile applications that have the error.
