Issue/Symptoms

Users are unable to view search filters in specific folders, including Plan and Deliveries.

Resolution resolution

To resolve the issue of missing search filters, follow these steps:

  1. Check if the filter view was accidentally closed. If a user inadvertently clicked the x  button, logging out and logging back into ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Campaign Classic should restore visibility.
  2. Ensure that users have read/write access to relevant folders under Administratio n > Configuration > Predefined filters.
  3. Confirm folder-specific access by granting Admin rights to see if this temporarily resolves the issue. Then verify whether removing Admin rights still allows visibility of search filters for impacted users.
  4. Clear local cache by navigating to File > Clean the local cache within ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Campaign Classic. After clearing the cache, log out and log back in.
