Unable to access Offer Decisioning in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer

Issue/Symptoms
The Offer Decisioning  option is not accessible during the Datastream configuration.
A warning message appears stating that there is either no permission to access Offer Decisioning in the Sandbox, or the Sandbox is not fully provisioned.
Resolution resolution

Check that you that you have the required permissions for Decision Management, including:
- Manage decisions
- View decisions
- Manage offers
- Manage ranking strategies

Check if Offer Decisioning is provisioned for your organization. Note that it is available only to AJO Ultimate customers, therefore, your current license needs to include AJO Ultimate to use the functionality.

If you don’t require Offer Decisioning, you can skip selecting this option in the Datastream configuration.
