Description description

Environment

ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Journey Optimizer (AJO)

Issue/Symptoms

  • Failing to create a dashboard directly from a query.

Resolution resolution

There is no functionality to create dashboards solely based on a query within AJO, but you can explore the following methods to achieve the desired results:

  • Create custom dashboards using AEP with AJO datasets.
  • Use Query Pro Mode  to create custom dashboards. This mode allows for advanced data manipulation and visualization. Refer to SQL Insights for Extended App Reporting for guidance on setting up custom dashboards.
  • Ensure you have the required permissions to finalize dashboard details, specifically the Manage Standard Dashboards  permission. Refer to Access permissions for dashboards on managing dashboard permissions to meet all prerequisites.
  • Check the Efficient Big Data Analysis with Hypercubes in the Query Service Guide for the detailed information on hypercubes, probabilistic unique counts, intersection functions, and histograms for further insights into data handling capabilities.
