Resolve offer collection creation issues in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer
This article addresses an issue where you encounter difficulties creating offer collections within ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer (AJO) due to catalogs not being provisioned. To resolve this, ensure catalogs are provisioned for your organization.

Environment
- Product: ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Applicable Scenario: Organizations where catalogs have not been provisioned, leading to issues with creating offer collections. This issue may also occur if a sandbox is deleted and recreated with the same name, leading to provisioning errors.
Issue/Symptoms
- You are unable to create offer collections. When you click the Create collection  button in the AJO Offers menu, you see this error message:Catalog has not been provisioned for this org. Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue.
- The issue is linked to missing catalog provisioning for the affected organization.
Resolution resolution
Note: In Decisioning, catalogs serve as central containers for organizing decision items.
- Check if catalogs are provisioned for your organization.
- If catalogs are not provisioned, contact ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Support or your technical administrator to request catalog provisioning.
- Once the catalogs are properly provisioned, test the functionality by attempting to create an offer collection again.
You should now be able to create offer collections. If further assistance is required, reach out to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Support for additional troubleshooting steps or guidance.
