Issue/Symptoms
Within ۶Ƶ Developer Console (۶Ƶ I/O) Projects, users find that the selection option for AEM as a Cloud Service in new Event settings isn’t displayed, or that existing Event settings are locked in ReadOnly status. This article explains how to resolve this issue.
Resolution resolution
Changing the Name or Display Name of the AEM Administrators Product Profile from its default can cause this issue. Revert the product profile to its default state. Follow these steps to do so:

Navigate to Admin Console

Products>
۶Ƶ Experience Manager as a Cloud Service>
AEM Administrators Product Profile>

Reassign the AEM Administrators Product Profile to all users by first removing all users and then adding them again.
