Resolving issues with Security Scan Tool accessing scan results
This article explains how to handle a situation where the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Commerce Security Scan Tool detects malware or critical issues, but the scan results are inaccessible. To fix the issue, navigate to the Security Scan Tool interface to find the necessary information.

ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Commerce on Cloud and On-Premises
Issue/Symptoms
- The Security Scan Tool sends an email notification about detected malware or critical issues.
- There are no Security Scans set up in the account.
Resolution resolution
To access the Security Scan results:
- Identify the person who set up the Security Scan (first person listed in the notification email).
- If the person is still with the company, have them log in to their .
- In the left-hand menu, click on Security Scan  (one of the last options).
- Click Go to Security Scan.
- Download the scan results PDF for the site(s) they set up the scan for.
If the user is no longer with the company, you can submit a Support ticket to update the Account information, or to request that we transfer the Security Scan to another user’s account. Include the email address and MAG ID of both users if available.
