Issue/Symptoms
- Datasets are visible in the dataset view and contain data but don’t appear during destination configuration.
- Searching for datasets using their exact names (case-sensitive) yields no results.
- The issue is linked to datasets created via API, which are currently subject to a known limitation preventing them from being available for export.
Resolution resolution
Note: Datasets created via API are currently not eligible for export due to a platform limitation. An enhancement request has been raised internally, but there is no estimated time of resolution.
- Create a new dataset using the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Platform UI based on the same schema as the original dataset. Use Query Service (SQL) to copy data from the original dataset into the newly created one. For steps, refer to Create datasets and ingest data in Experience Platform Tutorials.
- Once created through the UI, include these new datasets in your destination configuration as needed.
