) in the link

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Go to
<author-instance>/system/console/configMgr
to access the OSGi console. - Locate and inspect the Day CQ Link Externalizer (
com.day.cq.commons.impl.ExternalizerImpl
). Check theauthor
 domain and make sure it uses the correct Cloud Service author URL for each environment. - Check the Cloud Manager environment variables like
AEM_EXTERNALIZER_AUTHOR
are correctly defined. Update any outdated or incorrect values. - Clear your browser cache and cookies to remove old settings.
- Redeploy the application to apply the changes.
- Click the Content Fragments link on the AEM Start page. Make sure the URL includes
repo=author-p<instance-id>
