Unable to save when creating a new user in AEMaaCS

Issue / Symptoms
- Error occurs when saving a newly created user.
- Log entries errors include:javax.jcr.InvalidItemStateException: OakState0001: Unresolved conflicts in /content/dam/

/config/count.json. - Admin permissions don’t allow user creation.
Resolution resolution
To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Log in to the ۶Ƶ Admin Console.
- Navigate to the Product Profiles under AEM.
- Identify the product profile assigned to AEM Admins.
- In the Profile Details, locate the Display Name field.
- Clear the value in the Display Name field (for example, AEM Administrators - QA-Quality-1 Author).
- Save the changes.
- Retry creating and saving the new user in AEM.
