Export issue after upgrade to build 9390 in ACC

This article addresses an issue in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign Classic where exports involving large data volumes fail after upgrading to version 7.4.1 (build 9390) of the Client Console. To resolve, upgrade to version 7.4.2 (build 9391).

Issue / Symptoms

  • Export jobs involving large datasets fail to complete.
  • No data is exported after initiating the process.
  • Issue observed only after upgrading to build 9390.

Resolution resolution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Upgrade the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign Classic Client Console to version 7.4.2 (build 9391).
