Access issues with shared metrics and dimensions in CJA

Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

Issue/Symptoms

  • The Shared Metrics and Dimensions  interface in CJA starts loading but doesn’t complete.
  • The tool remains inactive and unresponsive.
  • Parts of the interface briefly appear but don’t function.

Resolution resolution

To fix access issues for Shared Metrics and Dimensions, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are assigned an Admin role. Only Admins can access this feature.

  2. Check that you have all of the following permissions:

    • /permissions/view-datasets/read
    • /permissions/view-schemas/read
    • /permissions/manage-schemas/write
    • /permissions/view-identity-namespaces/read
  3. Use your organization’s Admin Console or AEP Permissions tool to update these permissions.

  4. After updating your permissions, try accessing Shared Metrics and Dimensions  to confirm the issue is resolved.

  5. If you still can’t access the feature, contact ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Support for further help.
