Issue/Symptoms
- Delivery fails during the
PrepareMessageImpl
step. - Error message displayed: ODB-240000 ODBC エラー : String ‘(LISTAGG result)’ is too long and would be truncated SQLState: 22000
Cause
The delivery fails due to the Snowflake database enforcing a 16MB limit on string-type values.
Resolution resolution
- Open the delivery in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Campaign Classic v8.6.4.
- Go to the Delivery tab under Delivery Properties.
- Locate the Message batch quantity setting.
- Set the value to a number less than 256 and greater than 0.
- Save the changes.
- Rerun the delivery preparation process.
- Test the updated configuration in a staging environment to evaluate performance impact.
