Issue/Symptoms

  • The Watch Proofs module fails with error: failed to execute rpc call: [ 500]
  • The Decision  dropdown doesn’t load in the affected scenario.
  • The issue occurs only in the Production environment.
  • The module works correctly in the SB01 (sandbox) environment.

Cause

The issue occurs because the connection in the production scenario lacks administrative rights.

Resolution resolution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Verify that the connection used in the production scenario has administrative rights.
  2. Compare the connection settings with the SB01 environment where the module works correctly.
  3. Update or reconfigure the production connection to use credentials with admin access.
