Work with AI Assistant ai-assistant

AI Assistant is a user interface feature designed to help you navigate and understand ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ concepts. It is available for product knowledge use cases in several products across ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Cloud, including Federated Audience Composition.

In Federated Audience Composition, you can access product knowledge to learn about ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ concepts related to different parts of the process. The AI Assistant supports two types of product knowledge: Open discovery (explore product concepts based on Experience League documentation) and Targeted learning and troubleshooting (ask questions about specific features or functionality).

Examples of such questions include:

  • What is Federated Audience Composition?
  • How can I configure a Snowflake Federated Database Account?
  • How can I create a federated composition?

To ask a question:

  1. Access AI Assistant by clicking the icon on the top bar.

    AI Assistant displays on the right section of the screen. You can click Dive image alt text to expand the AI assistant window.

  2. Enter it in the field at the bottom of the screen and press enter.

  3. Check the answer and use the Show sources button to get direct links to the product doucumentation and learn more.

  4. Use the thumb up or thumb down to rate the answer.
