Track and report Journey Optimizer offers delivered via AJO decisioning
This use case focuses on enabling reporting and performance analysis for offers delivered through ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer (AJO). When offers are personalized and delivered based on contextual signals (such as weather or location), it’s essential to track both impressions and user interactions to evaluate their effectiveness.
By capturing decisioning.propositionDisplay and decisioning.propositionInteract events via the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Web SDK and mapping them to structured XDM schemas in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Platform (AEP), offer-level engagement data becomes available for analysis. This data can then be used in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to build dashboards, measure key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), and compare offer performance across different audience segments and contextual conditions.
