Hello everyone. In this video, I’m going to show you how you can go live with Dynamic Chat with your first dialogue in just 15 minutes. As many of you already know, Dynamic Chat is a new chat capability of Market to Engage that we launched on February of this year, 2022. It’s super simple to use and powerful to drive personalization conversations with your every web visitor. Several customers have already started leveraging Dynamic Chat to power their cross channel marketing. Let’s jump into today’s topic. You can go from having no access to Dynamic Chat to go live with your first dialogue in four simple steps. Manage access to your Dynamic Chat, configure and install chat.js, create a new dialogue, publish and go live. First, to manage access to Dynamic Chat, log into adminconsole.adobe.com, click on products. You will see all the products or services you have access to. Click on Dynamic Chat product card. Click on standard user product profile. Click add user and provide a name and address and a name for the user that you would like to add. Let me add myself and click save. That’s it. This way, you can also add your team members and provide them access to Dynamic Chat. Second, configure and install chatbot. Once you’ve got the access, log into experience.adobe.com and click on Dynamic Chat. As this is the first time we are logging in, there are no dialogs set up already. Click on configuration. And now you can see all the options to configure look and feel of chatbot to match your brand. Give your chatbot a name. Let me give it as Lumabot. Change the chatbot look to match your brand colors. Let me change header author fill and header author border. You can preview these changes in real time on the right side. And click save to save these settings. Our recommendation is to set header author fill and header author border as your brand primary colors. Rest, you can leave it as they are or make changes as needed. Next, go to installation tab. For chatbot to appear, you need to install this snippet into all the pages where you would like to target your visitors. Copy this snippet and share it with your IT team to install into your main website or blog pages, etc. A quick note here, even if this chatbot.js is installed on your main website, you can always test any dialogs on a dummy or test landing pages before you deploy to your main website. Let me show you how you can install this snippet into any marketer landing page. Copy the JavaScript snippet. Go to your barcode instance. Select any landing page and click Edit Draft. Now click on landing page actions. Select edit page meta tags. And in custom head HTML, paste the snippet and click save. Now approve and close this landing page. That’s it. Now the chatbot is installed on this landing page. Third step, create a new dialog. While there are a lot of interesting use cases, we have seen that most marketers start with one or two simple use cases, monitor their performance and expand to more complex use cases. Ensure you’re on the dialogs page. You can come to this page by clicking on dialogs on the left navigation bar. Click new. To help you get started with most common use cases, we have introduced templates that can help you publish your first dialog within minutes. Here you can see various templates. Let’s select blog reader conversion. This dialog will engage with your blog visitors and convert them into leads. Give your dialog a name. Blog conversions. And click create. Target URLs. Copy and paste your blog URL here. Let me also add the landing page URL that we have created. Let’s go to our market instance. Copy the landing page URL. Click add URL and paste the URL here. You can see all audience criteria is already set for unknown leads. Let’s go to stream designer. You can see it auto populated the conversation. You can also see a goal is added here, which basically captures a specific point in your conversation that you would like to capture as important lead engagement and take any further marketing actions. Let’s click on preview to check this preceded flow. This is how the visitor experience will be. So let me initiate the conversation. OK. It’s asking me if I would like to have more content like this delivered to my inbox. Sure. It’s asking my email address. My first name. And last name. Great. It opted me for a content newsletter. This flow already looks perfect to me. In case if I want to make any changes, I can click on any of these cards, make edits, or if you wanted to add more using the cards on the left hand side and simply drag and drop on the canvas. Once you are done with all the necessary changes, we are all set to publish the dialog. Let’s get into the last step. Publish and go live. Since we already previewed the flow, let’s go and go ahead and publish this dialog. Once you publish your first dialog, let’s go ahead and do a quick test. Let’s open the URL of the landing page that we have created. Here I can see the chatbot loads. I’ll go ahead and initiate the conversation. Like what you see. Yes. If I would like to have the similar content delivered to my inbox. Absolutely. It’s asking me for my email address. It’s asking me for first name. Last name. Great. This is working exactly as expected. That’s it. You’re live with your first dialog. Congratulations. Further, let’s take it to the next level. Dynamic Chat is natively integrated into Marketo. That is, any lead information or interaction from chatbot can be synced into Marketo in near real time. By activating this native sync, this can help you create more personalized experiences to your known leads, retarget chat leads through other channels, accelerate the connect with sales for those visitors from target accounts, and much more. To activate this sync, we have already preselected few obvious attributes. You can go ahead, click next and confirm the sync. Depending on your Marketo engaged database, sync might take up to 24 hours. You can always come back and add more attributes to sync. As part of the integration, we have also introduced new filters and triggers into Marketo that can help you further personalize your marketing journeys. Thank you.
