The Custom Calendars feature is a great way to see projects, tasks, issues, and time off in a calendar format. The projects, tasks, and issues are created elsewhere in Workfront, but show up in a calendar based on the groupings you create. You can easily set up groups like this to show things like all your incomplete tasks and issues by due date and your time off. You can easily toggle these on or off. A calendar can be displayed in month, week, or in a Gantt format. Click on an item in the list to adjust the view to it. In a month view, the arrows up at the top here let you go month to month. And the week view, they let you go week to week. Using the calendar actions menu, you can select things like copy, share, and add to favorites. If you have managed rights, you’ll see the delete option here as well.

Click on a task or issue to get a summary view. Click on the name in the summary view to go to the object. You can click to add an ad hoc event to your calendar, but be aware that doing this will not create a task or issue in Workfront. It’ll just be on this calendar.
