Install ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront for Google Workspace

IMPORTANT
To deliver more stable and scalable integrations, we’re shifting to a modern, flexible integration approach using Workfront Automation and Integration (Fusion). As part of this transition process, the following Workfront for Google Workspace functionality will not be available after  February 28, 2026:

  • Accessing Google Workspace functionality from within Workfront

  • Viewing and managing Workfront tasks from Gmail or the Google Calendar site panel

We recommend using Workfront Automation and Integration for your organization’s integration needs with Google Workspace.

You can install the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront for Google Workspace add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Access requirements

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Any
ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront license*
Work, Plan

*To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.

Install Workfront for Google Workspace

  1. Click the following link:

    Or

    Click the plus sign icon in the Google Workspace add-ons sidebar at the far-right of a Google Workspace app (Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive). Search for Workfront for Google Workspace, then click the Workfront for Google Workspace app item that appears.

  2. Click Install, then follow the prompts that appear.

  3. (Conditional) In your Google Workspace app, if you don’t see the Workfront icon Workfront icon in the Google Workspace add-ons sidebar at the far-right of the page, refresh the page.
