This page describes Requests enhancements made with the Fourth Quarter 2025 release to the Preview environment. These enhancements will be made available in the Production environment as noted.

Create and save views in the Requests area

To make it easier to see the information you need, we’ve added the ability to create and save views in the Requests area. Now, you can save a view, including filters and column configurations, and switch between views. A Workfront administrator can add the new view to layout templates.
Previously, filters and column configurations could not be saved.

Updates to Requesting experience

To create a better user experience when making requests in Workfront and Workfront Planning, we’ve updated the requesting experience.
To use the new requesting experience, in the Requests area, enable the Use new experience toggle in the upper-right corner of the screen.
In the new experience, you can:
- View Workfront and Workfront Planning requests in a single list.
- Filter submitted requests based on criteria you specify.
- Search for and select Workfront request queues and Workfront Planning forms in a consolidated experience.
- Hide and reorder columns in the submitted requests list.
This update also features changes to the look and feel of the page.
Be aware of the following when using the new Requesting experience:
- You can currently find drafts only in the legacy requesting experience. In the new experience you can see drafts only when in a workflow queue if you have a draft in the same path.
- The new experience currently shows only requests created after July 2025. To see older requests, you can temporarily disable the new experience and access the older requests through the old experience.
Previously, Workfront and Workfront Planning requests were on separate tabs, and filters were not customizable.
