Create AI Reviewers

This feature is currently in beta.

Once you have at least one brand set up in GenStudio Foundations, you can create multiple AI Reviewers, which you can then assign to approval templates and individual review and approval requests.

NOTE
The AI Reviewer is not designed to be a decision-maker in the review and approval workflow. It only provides a score and recommendations to align the asset with the specified brand requirements.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, you must set up image brand guidelines in GenStudio Foundations.

Add an AI reviewer

  1. Click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-right corner of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Workfront, or (if available), click the Main Menu icon Main Menu in the upper-left corner, then click Setup Setup icon .

  2. In the left panel, go to Review and Approval > AI Reviewers.

  3. Click Add new.

  4. Name the reviewer.

  5. Select a Brand.

  6. Select a Category.

  7. Click Create.

    Once the AI Reviewer is created, users can add the AI Reviewer to approval templates or individual approvals.
