The AI Assistant is a user interface feature that helps you navigate ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ concepts and access operational insights tailored to your environment. It simplifies complex workflows and provides quick answers. You can find this feature integrated into several ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Experience Cloud products, including ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer.

To access the AI Assistant, click the icon on the top bar. The AI Assistant panel opens on the right side of the screen. This panel provides an intuitive interface that allows you to ask questions and explore insights.

Use Cases in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer

The AI Assistant in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer supports two primary use cases.

Product Knowledge (General Availability)

Product knowledge questions help you understand ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer concepts and workflows. This feature is especially useful for exploring features or processes. For example:

  • How many live activities can I have in one ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer sandbox?
  • How do I set up a campaign in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer?
  • How do I create a custom action to use in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer journeys?

This functionality is ideal for users who need guidance on foundational tasks or want to troubleshoot common scenarios.

Operational Insights in Journeys (Beta)

Operational insight questions allow you to analyze and retrieve information about journey objects in your organization’s sandbox. This feature helps you review the current state of journeys or plan optimizations. Examples include:

  • How many live journeys do I have in ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer?
  • Give me a list of all the scheduled journeys.
  • How many journeys have been created in the last 7 days?

Operational insights focus exclusively on Journeys within your current sandbox. This ensures that the data remains relevant to your environment. Currently, operational insights are limited to journey-related queries.

To ask a question, type it into the field at the bottom of the AI Assistant panel and press Enter. This straightforward interaction provides quick access to answers.

You can rate the answer using the thumbs-up or thumbs-down buttons. This feedback ensures that the AI Assistant improves its accuracy over time.
