Steps to implement ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign actions in a journey
-
Design your journey, starting with an event:
Events trigger your journey. For example, create an event that sends an email when a user registers. Refer to this section for guidance on starting your journey. -
Select a Campaign action:
In the Action section of the palette, select a Campaign action and add it to your journey. This action links your journey to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Campaign and enables you to send transactional messages such as emails or SMS. -
Map action parameters:
In the Action parameters section, all fields required for the message payload appear. Map each field with the data you want to use—either from the event or a data source. For example, map the user’s email address from an event payload to the recipient field in the message. This process is similar to configuring custom actions. Refer to this section for more details.
