Access needed to manage resources in the Workload Balancer
The highlighted information on this page refers to functionality not yet generally available. It is available only in the Preview environment for all customers. After the monthly releases to Production, the same features are also available in the Production environment for customers who enabled fast releases.

Without correct access or permissions, you may not be able to view or manage your work assignments in the Workload Balancer.
You must have access to view the users whose workload you want to view or manage in the Workload Balancer. In addition to this, you must have the correct access level and the correct permissions on the projects the work is associated with.

All users have access to view the Workload Balancer on their own profiles. This is not restricted by license or access level. Note that the Workload Balancer on a user profile is read-only, and assignments and allocations cannot be changed.
