Create an account list, which is a collection of named accounts that Marketers can use for targeted journey orchestration. An account list can target named accounts by your defined criteria, such as industry, location, or size of the company.

You can now filter Marketo Engage smart lists with account list filters. These filters allow you to suppress and include account list members across Marketo Engage campaigns and programs from account journeys within Journey Optimizer B2B Edition.
Progress journeys based on inactivity within Marketo Engage campaigns and programs including email, interesting moments, data value changes and visited web pages.

Duplicate your account journey structures to minimize manual errors and ensure consistent settings, flows, and paths. In the duplicated journey, you can adjust content or actions, making it easier to manage larger and more complex campaigns​.

With the new Intelligent dashboard, you can see the progression of buying group qualification across stages. Know which buying groups are moving quickly and which are stagnant so that you can curate journeys to nurture them as needed. You also have details at the buying group and account level, which provides more context and historical data for customer engagement.

As a content designer, you can designate a parameter for a component in the fragment as editable. This configuration allows the email or template author to specify a custom field value that is specific to their needs. This customization flag is limited to image, text, and button visual components.
