To access ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ Journey Optimizer, sign in to using your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ ID. Select Journey Optimizer. This platform provides a centralized location to manage and optimize customer journeys across multiple channels.

Language preferences language-pref
The user interface is available in multiple languages, including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
Your default language is determined by your user profile preferences. To change your language:
- Click Preferences from your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select the language under your email address. Choose an additional language if needed, and click Save.
