Activate audiences

AVAILABILITY
ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) Collaboration is available to United States, Australia, and New Zealand customers at this time, with global availability coming soon. Contact your ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ representative for more information. Learn how to get started.
IMPORTANT
The Activate workspace is only available if the Audience activation use case was enabled during the connection process. For more information about use cases, refer to the manage projects guide.

Audience activation allows you activate audiences for use in campaigns. Activation can be done by either collaborator depending on the audience activation settings configured in the connection. After you discover the best audiences for your campaign, activate the audiences to make them available for use. When you activate an audience, it is sent to your collaborator’s pre-configured destination, such as ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Experience Platform, where it becomes available for use in campaigns. For more information about setting up destinations, refer to the destinations overview guide.
